概述
二硫苏糖醇（DTT）是一种小分子有机还原剂。其还原状态下为线性分子，被氧化后变为包含二硫键的六元环状结构。微吸湿，易溶于水、乙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、氯仿和乙醚。在空气中缓慢氧化。
应用
用作还原剂、巯基保护剂和酶的专一性抑制剂。用于测定酶活力。
